— A Louisburg mother who was reported missing Saturday morning has been found in Raleigh, authorities said.

Samantha Sherman, 31, a mother of three, left home around 3:30 p.m. Friday and never returned, Franklin County deputies said. Her husband, Erik Sherman, said he was worried about his wife because it's very unlike her not to come home.

Police declined to comment further, saying the case is still under investigation. It wasn't clear whether Sherman was the victim of a crime.

Because WRAL didn't even say that the woman ended up at the hospital. Before I read that on newsobserver.com, I didn't know how she was found.

The N&O article doesn't say anything more, other than she showed up at a hospital. Not sure why everyone thinks WRAL dropped the ball.

Sounds like she's staying with someone else either because she's mad at someone else or she's 'happy' with whom she is staying.
