I heard this on the scanner radio this morning. Glad that he was found safe. On the scanner they said he wanted to ride his bike to school and he would take a ride from a stranger. That's not very good thing nowadays. Glad that he's safe and hope he never does anything like that ever again.

I'm glad he's OK, and hope he's able to do whatever he needs to do to stay that way.

Silver Alerts are for elderly with dementia or folks with other cognitive impairments.

Amber Alerts are for children who have been abducted.

Based on this very brief article, Justin doesn't fit the criteria for either alert.

Why was there no Silver Alert issued for this child? His mother said online that he had been missing since around 4 am.
