Metallica announces Raleigh concert
Metallica is bringing its "WorldWired Tour" to Raleigh.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Metallica is bringing its "WorldWired Tour" to Raleigh.
The band announced Monday that the second leg of its North American tour will include a stop at PNC Arena on Jan. 28, 2019. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m., but fan club members can start buying tickets on Tuesday. Citi card members can also start purchasing tickets at 11 a.m. Tuesday and Spotify will also be offering pre-sale tickets starting Wednesday.
Each ticket purchased includes either a standard physical or digital copy of the band's album "Hardwired...To Self-Destruct."
SNL alum Jim Breuer will be hosting the Light It Up pre-show party, which will include comedy, fan interaction, giveaways and a DJ.
