DURHAM, N.C. — Merge Records, a locally-owned independent record label, is celebrating 25 years in business with a 25K road race on March 22.
The Merge Records 25K will start in Chapel Hill, the label's original home, and finish in downtown Durham, where Merge is now located. The race will begin at East Chapel Hill High School and end outside Motorco Music Hall. You can take a look at a preliminary course map online.

There will be a shuttle running from the finish line in Durham to the starting line in Chapel Hill prior to the race. There will not be a shuttle after the race, so leave your car in Durham so you don't have to run home!

After the race, there fun continues with a post-race party at Motorco. They're hosting a free show featuring The Love Language and Vertical Scratchers.

The race will raise money for the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina and Habitat for Humanity of Durham and Orange County. Registration is $85.
