FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are searching for two men caught on surveillance camera who are accused of breaking into a vehicle, stealing a credit card and then using it at two different stores shortly after the theft.

The vehicle break-in happened at Lake Rim Park earlier this week, according to police, who said the men are suspected in other vehicle break-ins as well.

Detectives retrieved surveillance photos from a local Game Stop video game store showing the two men. Anyone with information about their identities should call Detective B. Chandler at 910-433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-TIPS (8477).

Crime Stoppers information can also be submitted by completing an anonymous online tip sheet or by text-a-tip on your mobile device by sending a message to 274637 (in the text box type “4Tip” followed by your message).
