An emergency landing (if it is a good one - is one you can talk about later) We have had a few and we talk about them sometimes today - I don't remember thinking any of them were funny then or now. Glad everyone was okay
It is a different ball game folks when you are up there hoping to get down here in one piece

I'll be willing to bet if some of you morons making jokes or your family members had of been on that chopper at the time, it wouldn't be so funny. If that chopper had to put down that close to Pitt, there must have been a serious problem. And if the flight crew wants to joke about it now, that's their perogative because they were involved. Not yours, mine, or anyone else's.

  • chickenwire May 3, 2007

Your jokes are not in the least bit funny. This service has had a fatal crash in the past that killed four. Is this emergency landing still funny to you?

Amen Boo! I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration
for the crews of these choppers. They are life savers.

This is not something to joke about. I work for an air medical program in NC and this is a very dangerous job. Flight nurses and medical pilots deserve respect not some stupid remarks by half wits. These dedicated people risk their lives daily in order to help others.
