McDonald's Shamrock Shake

The Shamrock Shake has officially returned to local McDonald’s and the small is just $2 on McDonald’s Dollar Menu!

The best part? When you're indulging in the minty green favorite, you’re also supporting families staying at local  Ronald McDonald Houses. McDonald’s will give a portion of every Shamrock Shake purchased, February 21 through March 19, to the local Houses.

When a child is being treated in the hospital, the Ronald McDonald House provides a place to stay for their family, who many times, has traveled from far away to be with them. RMHC’s motto is “Keeping Families Close” because when a child is sick, the last thing the family should have to worry about is where they will stay, when there next meal will be or when they’ll get their next shower. The House, along with so many family rooms inside our local hospitals provide them with comfort and support so they can concentrate on the most important thing – their child!

To help spread the word, take a photo of your Shamrock Shake and tag “@rmhcofnc” on Twitter and Facebook. They’ll share the “lovin’.” Thank you for helping RMHC of NC in #keepingfamiliesclose.
