McDonald's is now serving up the Egg White Delight Muffin and to celebrate, they have donated a prize pack to give away here on the blog! The prize pack includes a $5 McDonald's gift card, cute apron, giant water bottle and an egg-shaped timer!

Egg White Delight McMuffin

The Egg White Delight McMuffin is prepared with freshly grilled 100% egg whites, extra lean Canadian bacon and white cheddar served on a new whole grain muffin. At 250 calories, the new muffin delivers 8 grams of whole grain and the Canadian bacon delivers quality protein to support our “Commitments to Offer Improved Nutrition Choices.” I have had the egg white McMuffin and it is very good!
