JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — A New River Air Station Marine has been charged for killing a high school student who was waiting at an Onslow County bus stop Monday morning.
Staff Sgt. Joshua Block, 27, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and felony passing a stopped school bus causing death, according to NBC affiliate WITN.
