Marbles Kids Museum, which launched a sensory-friendly movie series this year, has set aside two dates for special screenings of "The Polar Express."
The screenings, designed for kids with special needs and young kids and their families, are 11 a.m., Nov. 26 and Dec. 10. Tickets for the special screenings are $7.
During the screenings, the theater won't be as dark and the sound won't be as loud. It makes for a better experience for kids with sensory issues or for young movie goers during their first movie experience.
The Polar Express opens at Marbles on Nov. 25. Tickets to the traditional screenings are $11 for kids under 12 and $14 for adults. The movie is on Marbles' schedule once a day on the weekends through Dec. 24.
Marbles' website has more information about both screenings.
