He also had on white gloves and a red bandanna covering his face.

Anyone with information about the attempted robbery or who recognizes the man is asked to call Fayetteville police detectives at 910-433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for anonymous tips that solve crimes.

charmcclainlovesdogs2 If you read my comment I said "I probably would have shot the guy". If you fail to take advantage of your Second Ammendment rights that's not my fault. Remember, when seconds count, the police are just minutes away.

Ordinary people needs to pay more attention when they are out an about. You see a crime then call the police and just maybe the criminal will not get away.

    From the Fayetteville Observer:

"A similar incident happened at the same Taco Bell in October, MacRoberts said.

It happened about the same time of day and the man carrying a shotgun wore a red bandana over his face, MacRoberts said."

Hey, it worked one time, so...

More outside cameras is really needed today just to see how the criminal is escaping; in a car or what.

I probably would have shot this guy the moment he walked through the door.

Really! Not everyone is carrying around a loaded gun. Better rethink on your comment.

If you were in the store at the time would you have felt that your life was in danger? Just thought I would ask before saying that I probably would have shot this guy the moment he walked through the door.

I certainly hope and pray they find this criminal before he hurts and kills someone. They are getting braver and bolder every day. He needs to be put away. But with him covering himself so well, its going to be hard identifying him. I pray he makes a mistake by talking, etc. and the officer will soon get their man.
