Man wanted in Roanoke Rapids homicides surrenders

A man wanted in a double homicide in Roanoke Rapids surrendered to Halifax County authorities on Sunday.

Jimmy Lee Mason Jr., 20, was charged with two counts of murder. He was being held without bond in the Halifax County jail.

Deputies were called to a shooting at a house on Delta Drive on Sept. 4. Thomas Tyrone Davis, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene, and Jennilee Ann Foster, 26, died later at a hospital.

Aaron Jarmal Mills, 19, was charged in September with two counts of murder in the case.

Without legislation to change the endless appeals process, even if they do get the DP, they are still supported by the tax payers for years and sometimes decades before they are executed. The system is broke, just the way the liberals want it, so no one ever dies, they just milk the system for LIFE.

there's actually TWO that have now been charged. Another article mentions no additions to death row this year. Seems like we've had lots of opportunity for 'that'! What's up Mr. Cooper?

Another fine citizens that the tax payers have to try and then support for life.
