Man wanted in Florida slaying arrested in Robbins

— Moore County deputies on Wednesday arrested a man wanted in a 1995 slaying in Florida, authorities said.

Orlando police contacted investigators with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office after learning that Albert Caulie Taylor was living in the Robbins area, authorities said. Moore County deputies arrested Taylor, 55, without incident at his 261 E. Plank Road home.

Taylor was charged with a fugitive warrant for first-degree murder. He was being held without bond Wednesday in the Moore County jail, pending extradition to Florida.

    This man does not reflect the character traits of the Robbins residents. He is from Florida as stated in the story. I am certain that the crime rate in Robbins is much lower than most cities. Please try not to generalize, it truly makes you and those who agree with your comment look ignorant.
