LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Lincolnton police charged a Concord man late Thursday after he was accused of sucking a women's toes on Monday in the Generals Boulevard Walmart.

Michael Brown, a registered sex offender, is charged with misdemeanor assault on a female.

According to Lincolnton Police Department investigators, Brown identified himself as a podiatry student and asked Erika Porras to try on several pairs of shoes.

As she was changing shoes, Brown put her foot in his mouth and sucked her toes, Porras told police. The incident took place Monday morning, just before noon.

"I was shocked," Porras told WBTV. "He asked me not to tell anyone and said he would pay for my groceries."

Brown was convicted in 2001 for breaking into a house and sucking another woman's toes. He is due in court next month.
