Adoption of anything gets a lot of scrutiny while having a child doesn't get a second look. I still don't get why the system tries so hard to keep blood relatives together. I'll never forget the case where a woman killed her 4 yr old son soon after regaining custody for the 2nd or 3rd time. Blood doesn't make someone incapable of harming their own offspring. Some species actually eat their young and the amount of incest and abuse should make it clear that some people are not fit to be parents. Hopefully this guy gets what he deserves but he'll probably just get probation too.

Life without parole in the general population if this is true. And where was the parent of this child? There will come a day, I hope, shen having a child and raising him or her is scrutinized with the same intensity as getting a loan!!!!!! Or adopting a dog!!!!

IF he is guilty- I hope he receives the fullest punishment that can be dished out. I can't abide
child abusers-- I've heard that neither can a lot of prisoners- so I hope he gets to room with

I'm sure Soles will turn himself in now; much less painful than waiting for someone to find him after reading this story!
