Man shot while sleeping in Durham apartment
A man was shot early Saturday morning at an apartment on Commerce Street, Durham police said.
Posted — UpdatedAccording to officers, shots were fired into an apartment at 143 Commerce Street around 1 a.m. Darren Taylor, 27, was shot while sleeping in the apartment.
Taylor was taken to the hospital for treatment of critical injuries, police said.
Police have not released any information about the victim or possible suspects.
