Man shot to death in Franklin County
The body of a man shot to death was found in a ditch beside a Franklin County road last week, Sheriff Pat Green said.
Posted — UpdatedLOUISBURG, N.C. — The body of a man shot to death was found in roadside ditch in Franklin County road last week, Sheriff Pat Green said.
Deputies found the body of Cory Wardell Mann beside Ferrells Bridge Road around 8:40 a.m. on Thursday, July 3.
Mann died of a gunshot wound.
Green said deputies have identified persons of interest in the shooting death, but have not made any arrests.
