Man shot, killed outside Fayetteville cigar store

— A 20-year-old man died in a shooting in the parking lot outside a cigar store Thursday afternoon, police said.

Officers found the body of a Gregory Leon Mosley Jr., of 6337 Paddington Court, inside a Mazda minivan at the Strickland Bridge Road Plaza, 6577 Fisher Road, at about 4:20 p.m.

Mosley had a gunshot wound to his torso and was unresponsive, police said. He was transported by ambulance to Cape Fear Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said they would look at the store's surveillance video as they investigate the shooting. Investigators haven't determined who fired the shots.

    How is using and possessing pot anywhere close to the danger to society that cigarettes, that kill 440,000 people every year? Almost 40,000 of which are from second-hand smoke...

    Just posted a similar msg elsewhere, but why not legalize this stuff, tax it and regulate it like alcohol and tobacco? What's the problem? tobacco leaves...marijuana leaves...are all just leaves.
