Man shot in Raleigh

Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police are investigating a shooting that happened Sunday evening on Lunar Drive.

Full details weren't clear, but authorities said a man was shot multiple times around 8 p.m. in the 700 block of Lunar Drive.

The victim was taken to WakeMed, where he was treated for his injuries. They were not believed to be life-threatening.

It isn't surprising. The shootings, etc are in the high crime areas. I don't understand what is wrong with people. These people need to have an eye for an eye and have someone go after their family.

Shooting here and 2 stabbings in another area of Raleigh this weekend. Once again Raleigh hits the headlines more than Durham has in this rising crime surge lately.. Hope this person recovers from their injuries..
