FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police were looking for a dark-colored sedan and two men early Friday in connection with a Thursday night shooting that sent another man to the hospital.

Officers responding to the 900 block of 71st School Road about 9:15 p.m. found a man who had collapsed after being shot near a home.

The man's name was not released, but he was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with what police said were non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators said the sedan involved in the shooting has four doors. No other information about the two suspects was released.

Anyone with information about the shooting should call the Fayetteville Police Department through 911 communications or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
