Man shot during armed robbery in Fayetteville
Fayetteville police are asking for the public's help to solve an armed robbery that happened early Tuesday, during which a man was shot in the leg.
Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are asking for the public's help to solve an armed robbery that happened early Tuesday, during which a man was shot in the leg.
Police responded to the 6200 block of Yadkin Road around 2:45 a.m., when they found the 51-year-old victim had been robbed and shot with a handgun. He was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he was treated for injuries that were not life-threatening.
