Reward offered in Benson missing person case

Investigators with the State Bureau of Investigations and the Benson Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating 22-year-old Christopher Cole Thomas, who was reported missing Friday, Nov. 25.

BENSON, N.C. — Investigators with the State Bureau of Investigations and the Benson Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating 22-year-old Christopher Cole Thomas, who was reported missing Friday, Nov. 25.

A $10,000 reward is now offered for information regarding the case.

Thomas is around 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighs around 230 pounds and has light brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and black jacket.

He was last seen around 3 a.m. near North Elm Street and East Morgan Street in Benson.
