Surge? Raleigh is twice the size of Durham with less violent crime. Bartmeister

Maybe last yr and the yr before but the statistics for violent crime in Raleigh have shot up this yr. That is called a surge and has nothing to do with the size of Raleigh vs Durham. The murders and shootings are happening in Raleigh more so than Durham lately this yr.

Please name a single gun law the GOP is trying to pass that would have prevented *this crime.*

    (Sound familiar?)

Isn't it ironic though that the folks raling for armed uprising also describe themselves as "patriots"-sc2005

They are also the same group who hates good news and celebrates bad news….they care more for their ability to say “toldya so” than to see our great nation succeed. We need less "patriots."

"To England, yes they were considered traitors."

Well, obviously. I'm speaking from the perspective of a current American though. So I guess the point is it depends on who you ask.

Maybe citizens in Raleigh will realize that we do in fact have a drug/gang problem as much as everyone wants to sweep the thought under the rug.

"@BubbaDuke- i'm pretty sure that the armed revolt against the government that you so look forward to has a name; Treason."

Besides which, if the US government wants to beat you down, your assault rifles aren't going to do diddly-
