Raleigh, N.C. — A 23-year-old man died Saturday morning after losing control of all-terrain vehicle and crashing near the intersection of Shellburne Drive and Lynn Road in north Raleigh, police said. 

According to a wreck report, Benjamin Feldman, of the 7200 block of Shellburne Drive, was speeding on a Yamaha four-wheeler when he lost control at about 3:30 a.m. and hit a car parked on the side of the road.

He died at the scene. Police suspect alcohol or drugs might have been a factor.
