Man killed in Fayetteville shooting

— Fayetteville police are investigating the shooting death of a man who was found in the street on Green Valley Road Saturday.

Officers responding to a call about a shooting and a large crowd found Dashaun Damone Kelly, 19, dead from an apparent gunshot wound about 2 a.m.

No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation.

    Again, a loaded gun in the wrong hands. We do need to upgrade our gun law to prevent tragedies like this.

    Large crowd, 2am, dead teenager, hmm, let me guess what might be the cause, I might be going our on a limb but, DRUGS?. Play with fire and you will get burned. Let us see what security your gang is providing you,,,,NONE! Another life wasted due to the lure of money over true accomplishment.
