Man killed in Fayetteville shooting

Fayetteville police on Saturday were investigating the shooting death of a man found in the street on Green Valley Drive.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are investigating the shooting death of a man who was found in the street on Green Valley Road Saturday.

Officers responding to a call about a shooting and a large crowd found Dashaun Damone Kelly, 19, dead from an apparent gunshot wound about 2 a.m.

No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation.
