Man killed in Durham shooting

— Police found a 41-year-old man who had been shot lying on the side of the road at 610 Troy St. in Durham early Sunday, officers said.

The man, whose name wasn't released, was transported to Duke University Hospital, where he died of his wounds, police said.

Police released no other details of the case.

    "Too bad more citizens don't excercise their rights to carry guns."

    Why? Because then they would be more likely to kill a family member than prevent a random criminal act?
