A man was struck and killed Sunday evening by a Norfolk Southern train on Hillsborough Road near Main Street.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — A man was struck and killed Sunday evening by a Norfolk Southern train in Durham.

EMS crews responded at about 9:30 p.m. and found the victim's body near the tracks on Hillsborough Road near Main Street.

More details, including the identity of the victim, haven't been released.

The incident remained under investigation late Sunday. Anyone with information on the death can call Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200.
