I kept an eye on this story last night after it broke in as the latest news, and was bothered by the fact that the train just kept on going and called in the hit from a distance. While I agree that the train's just following the tracks, where's the sense of basic human decency to stop?

Could have been beaten/killed and left on the tracks so the train would cover up the real crime. Whatever the reason - it's not the train's fault. The train was where it was supposed to be.

    I agree "DeathRow0IFeelYourPain-Not"
It battles me too as to why so many people are being hit by trains!! Wonder if this was a suicide. I just don't get it!!
I feel sorry for the family that's left behind!!

Still baffled at how so many people(pedestrians) are hit by trains. It would make more sense to me if it was the mob throwing them in front of trains.

This is a better headline than the last - man hit by train - as it doesn't make it sound like the train did something to cause this. Trains follow the tracks. They don't cause crashes unless they derail.
