Man, 35, found shot to death in Durham

Police began a homicide investigation Tuesday night after a man was found dead in Durham.

DURHAM, N.C. — Police began a homicide investigation Tuesday night after a 35-year-old man was found dead in Durham.

Officers responded to 3513 Century Oaks Dr. around 10:30 p.m. for a gunshot wound, according to the Durham Police Department. Reginald Carter, of Durham, was found dead.

No arrests have been made, and authorities said the shooting does not appear to be random.
