Man found dead in Morrisville hotel room

Posted March 7, 2013

— Police say the death of a man found in his hotel room Thursday morning does not appear to be foul play.

Authorities were called around 7 a.m. to the Extended Stay America, at 2700 Slater Road, where they found the 49-year-old in his bed. They are not sure how he died.

"Our preliminary investigation indicates the death is not the result of a homicide." Capt. Charles Wilson said in a news release Thursday afternoon.

The man's identity was not released since authorities were trying to notify his family.

This has been under the Morrisville News header for over a week. Obviously nothing of importance goes on in Morrisville...certainly not where I work.
