<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Durham police are investigating after a man was fatally shot at an apartment complex Wednesday night.

Authorities said officers were called the Bay Creek Apartments at 1309 Hudson Ave. at about 7:10 p.m. and found that Eric Russell Oliver, 28, of Durham, had been shot in a parking lot.
