RAEFORD, N.C. — A Hoke County man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a series of sexual offenses that occurred over a two year period in Raeford and Fayetteville.

Cornelius Varontaye McLeod, 32, of the 1000 block of Obannon Drive, was charged with statutory sex offense with a child, felony child abuse through a sex act, and indecent liberties with a child.
