One man died Friday after he fell 120 feet down the Neverson Rock Quarry in Wilson County.

<b>BAILEY, N.C.</b> — One man died Thursday night after he fell 120 feet down the Neverson Rock Quarry in Wilson County.

According to officials in Wilson County, the driver of a dump truck ran off path and fell 120 feet down the quarry embankment.

An investigation is underway to determine what caused the driver to run off the path, but authorities say there were no issues with the guardrail.
