Raleigh, N.C. — A Fuquay-Varina man is charged in crash that killed a woman Monday in Raleigh.
An arrest warrant shows 23-year-old Daniel Williams failed to reduce his before he hit another vehicle on Interstate 440. He is charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle in the death of Terrisha Beasley.
