Man Charged With Selling Drugs at McDonald's Restaurant

A Benson man running a cash register at a McDonald's fast-food restaurant is accused of selling marijuana to customers.

BENSON, N.C. — A Benson man who worked the cash register at a McDonald's fast-food restaurant is accused of selling marijuana to customers.

During a search Monday in the restaurant's bathroom, police said they found three bags of marijuana hidden in Anderson Romeo Hyppolite's socks.

Hyppolite, 21, was charged with felonious possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.
