Man charged with Raleigh stabbing
Raleigh police arrested a man in connection to a stabbing on Friday night that sent another man to the hospital.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police arrested a man in connection to a stabbing on Friday night that sent another man to the hospital.
Alain Alphonse, 47, of Raleigh, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, according to police. Authorities said Alphonse stabbed 53-year-old James Maurice Williams around 9:30 p.m. at 512 Rush St., Raleigh.
Police said Williams' sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
