Man charged with peeping at Target
A Raleigh man faces charges that he used a recording device to look up a woman's skirt at a Raleigh store.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man faces charges that he used a recording device to look up a woman's skirt at a Raleigh store.
Police said store security guards saw Kevin McDonald Henderson, 30, acting suspiciously near a woman in the Target store in the Brier Creek shopping center around 9:30 p.m. Monday. They contacted police, who stopped him at Glenwood Avenue and Skyland Drive.
Henderson was charged with secret peeping, resisting arrest and violation of a prior court order.
He was convicted of attempted secret peeping and attempted violating phone privacy in 2006, according to state Department of Correction records.
