<b>BENSON, N.C.</b> — A man arrested for riding a mule after dark has filed a lawsuit against the town of Benson.

He was charged with disorderly conduct. Those charges were eventually dropped.

Lutterloah is seeking $20,000 in damages for missing work and for having to deal with what he called a &quot;filthy&quot; jail cell.
