Man charged with exposing self at RTP business

A Raleigh man has been charged with exposing himself to two different women at a Research Triangle Park business, according to arrest warrants.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — A Raleigh man has been charged with exposing himself to two different women at a Research Triangle Park business, according to arrest warrants.

Kevin Joseph, 32, of 8823 Elizabeth Bennett Place, faces two counts of indecent exposure and one count of sexual battery.

The warrants say that the incidents happened on Feb. 4 and Feb. 11 in the security offices of RTI. In one incident, Joseph is accused of rubbing his genitals on the victim's neck.

Joseph was released from jail after posting a $3,000 bond early Saturday. His first court appearance was set for Monday.
