<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A 21-year-old Knightdale man was charged in a wreck on New Bern Avenue in Raleigh early Sunday, according to an arrest warrant.

The warrant says that a car driven by Ryan J. Gibson hit another vehicle head-on around 1 a.m., then he left the scene and reported the car as stolen.

A Wake County magistrate said that Gibson was charged with filing a false police report.
