RALEIGH, N.C. — A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged Wednesday in connection with a vehicle wreck that killed a 32-year-old woman.

Belsazar Toledo-Garcia was driving a 2001 Ford truck northbound on Rock Quarry Road when his vehicle collided with a 2013 Suzuki motorcycle driven by Pamela Melody Butler that was traveling southbound on Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh police said. The vehicles hit each other as Toledo-Garcia turned into a flea market at 1436 Rock Quarry Road.

Butler was pronounced dead at the scene. Toledo-Garcia, who is charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, driving without a license and unsafe movement, was not injured. He was taken to the Wake County jail, where his bond information was not immediately available.
