Man Charged in Drive-By Flashing Cases
A local man was arrested Friday and charged in connection with a series of flashing incidents, police said.
Posted — UpdatedRyan Matthew Obeirne, 24, was charged with seven counts of indecent exposure. The charges stem from incidents in which a man in a car exposed himself as he drove by women who were walking or jogging, police said.
The incidents occurred in July and August on Glendower Road, Pinecrest Road, Marvino Lane, Rainwater Road and Briarforest Road and at the intersection of Hilburn Drive and Pike Road, police said. Two women were flashed in the Briarforest Road incident, which accounted for two of the seven charges, police said.
