FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville man has been charged in connection with an incident in which a man exposed himself to young teenagers waiting for their school bus, authorities said Monday.

Eugene Leroy Jugenheimer, 45, of 5703 Homestead Court, is charged with four misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and three felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child. He was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $77,000 secured bond.

Witnesses told authorities that a man naked from the waist down was standing near a bus stop on Brookcliff Road last Wednesday. The man then fondled himself in front of six youths, ages 13 and 14, who were at the bus stop, authorities said.
