Man Charged in Bus-Stop Exposure Incident
A Fayetteville man has been charged in connection with an incident where children waiting for their school bus were flashed, authorities said Monday.
Posted — UpdatedEugene Leroy Jugenheimer, 45, of 5703 Homestead Court, is charged with four misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and three felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child. He was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $77,000 secured bond.
Witnesses told authorities that a man naked from the waist down was standing near a bus stop on Brookcliff Road last Wednesday. The man then fondled himself in front of six youths, ages 13 and 14, who were at the bus stop, authorities said.
