Just a small update on Brandon. He is being taken off the morphine (sp?) slowly now, and having his tube removed today. He was also downgraded from the ICU unit. He is not in a normal room room yet though. The neighbors that know Scott haven't talked to him, so I have no clue how it is going at his home.

exactly, why wasn't he with his family to begin with!

I've known them for years well before they had Kesler. I'm glad that Amy & Kesler weren't there when it happened ... but why was he at home having a party when his family & parents were out of town? I never really felt comfortable around Scott but am shocked to hear that he's been abusive to Amy and cheated on her! Then again, Amy has always been the type of person that cared more about what people SAW & THOUGHT more than reality.

Scott is home and Brandon yesterday had fluid on his lungs and didn't have a good day, that is all I know right now.

Saying it was an "accident" is Scott's best defense, legal-wise, but I wonder if it will float. Especially if he has a questionable background, as some of you have said. This young man's medical bills will probably be, and should be, his responsibility to pay -- as well.
