BYNUM, N.C. — A Morrisville man was arrested in connection with illegal dumping near a foot bridge in Bynum.

Korey Desmond Arther Bradley, 22, of 2413-H Gazebo Drive, was charged Monday with felonious commercial littering.

The charge stems from a Feb. 21 incident where police said Bradley was hired to remove debris and trash from a residence in Bynum. The trash included boxes, table, a freezer and Christmas decorations. After loading the trash, it was dumped at the foot bridge, police said.

Bradley is being held under a $2,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear July 9 in Pittsboro District Court.
