Man arrested for beating pregnant woman

The arrest warrant says that Marcus Lyon, 23, choked the woman and hit her in the stomach.

It was not clear what relationship the suspect had with the victim. However, the warrant classified the incident as a domestic-violence case.

Lyon was being held at the Wake County Jail under a $2,500 bond on Tuesday night.
