I wonder how he was caught? This is why I don't use multiple credit cards. How did he get the card information in the first place? Why can't people use news events to educate the general public on how to protect their identity? Do people not cancel their cards if their wallet is stolen? WOW, the bail is high. I'm guessing that he will not be getting out of jail. I have many questions...

mrr its just like the kid who in florida was watching a wrestling match and was roughhousing with his sister and unfortunately she dies.. this kid was sent to prison at 13 yrs old... a brooklyn cop off duty was drunk driving and crashes into a van with a pregnant woman inside.. the woman and her baby are killed and he just gets a slap on the wrist... being a public or govenrment sevant apparently has priveledges including embezzlement and manslaughter

Can somebody PLEASE square this: First I think Jail is where this guy should be. SECOND: In the Bernard Madoff scheme he stole BILLIONS of DOLLARS and got to go and live back in his penthouse..I'd call this UNequal Justice.
