FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A 79-year-old Fayetteville man died in a single-vehicle wreck on the street where he lived Thursday morning.

Anthony Brill apparently lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree on Glenola Drive, near Sweet Bay Circle, around 7:40 a.m., police said.

Investigators said witness reports that Brill was slumped over the steering wheel prior to the wreck indicate that he might have had a medical condition.
