Man, 28, killed in Cumberland County home invasion

— A 28-year-old man died early Tuesday after a home invasion and shooting in Linden, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

According to investigators, three masked men entered the home, in the 8900 block of Ramsey Street, and held Roderick Dean Scott and his girlfriend at gunpoint.

Scott was then shot, and his girlfriend's hands were tied. Investigators said Scott died at the scene.

No other information about the incident has been released.

    HAHAH that's funny right there......you are joking right...I mean you can't be serious right. a rocket launcher is kind of over kill and kinda hard to handle in close quarters ....but a handgun may have saved the victims life. At least he would have had a fighting chance instead of being slaughtered like a sheep.

    If he had a rocket launcher this would have never happened. Denying us our constitutional rights to keep and bear rocket launchers keeps us from protecting ourselves...
