Pumpkin patches, Halloween festivals, corn mazes and haunted trails. Our 2016 fall fun and Halloween database has all of that and more at various farms, parks, museums and other destinations across the Triangle and beyond.

Most will start opening in the next couple of weeks, but Hill Ridge Farms in Youngsville opens the season. Its Fall Pumpkin Festival starts Saturday and runs through Nov. 13.

Not all of the farms and venues have announced their plans for 2016. I'll be updating the list throughout the season with new events and just announced schedules.
